We do our very best to maintain all listed items in stock at all times.  In stock items that are ordered by 3pm EST will be processed for shipping the same day the order is received.  We ship from multiple warehouses across the counrty, so we will attempt to ship to your location from the closest stocking location.

We respect each site visitor's right to pesonal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information througout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

For each visitor to our website, or web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

The information we collect is:

• used to improve the content or our Web page
• used to notify visitors about updates to our Web site.
• never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

   This site collects cookies.

   Registration is not required to enter our site.

   We have an order form

  We require information from the user on our order form.  a user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and possibly financial information (such as cresit card number, expiration date). If we have trouble processing an order, we use the information to contact the user.  This information is used:

• for shipping and billing purposes
• to fullfill customer orders.

When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information susch as non public financial information, we redirect users to a secure server.

Returns & Replacements

Aviation Logs offers returns withing 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price.  The following items may not be returned:

• Opened software or kits containing software
• Opened DVD's
• ELTs that have been opened, registered, or programmed
• Items not in new condition, in their original packaging.

Shipping Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.  Customers are solely responsible for shipping charges incurred during the order process and for the return of the item.  items must be in their original packaging, and include all warranty cards, manuals, parts, documents, etc.

Ordering

All In stock items may be ordered using our online checkout program, or by telephone at 1-877-428-5647.  Signed purchase orders are accepted from professional and governmental organizations on a case by case basis.  Signed purchase orders may be faxed to 1-508-384-7141.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All online and telephone orders must be paid in full during the order process to be fulfilled.  Purchase orders will be given net 30 day terms. Purchase orders paid after the 30 day period will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge, or the maximum allowed under statute, if lower.
