Some services we offer do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as the Aviation Only Search.

Information you provide - When you sign up for an Online Logbook or other AviationLogs.com service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as the Pilot Shop, we may also request a credit card or other payment account information.

When ordering products from our Pilot Shop we will require certain information such as your name, address, and telephone number, etc. This information is necessary to process your orders. A customer's telephone number is only used when we have a question about the order. It may also be used by a delivery service if there is a question about delivery. For its own use Soaring Software and Services retains information about transactions with customers.

We send customers periodic emails announcing items that may be of interest to them. Each Email is provided with a link to remove the email address from our mailing list.

We do not share your personal information with other companies.

Telephone numbers, email addresses and credit card numbers are only released if there is a court order or to law enforcement agencies if requested.
